Our planet is dealing with an environmental crisis in which not only humans are affected, but also other natural beings and creatures. This problem has caused a clear gap between ecosystems and people around the world, including Italy. Therefore, learning to be aware and conscious with our environment has become an important task today.
On the other hand, public space functions as a solution due to the fact that it is the place where humans and non-human actors are on equal situations. In this way, proposing public spaces as a living process that varies according to its users is fundamental.
Marcon Breathing Park (MCB), is proposed as a living host, with natural elements and inhabitants of Marcon in the same place, focused on educating actors on how to become aware, gathering users in an ecological way and fostering new sustainable dynamics between nature and people.
