the pacific coast gastronomical heritage
This project is called "collaborative creation," which consisted of both understanding and working with a person from a rural town in Colombia.
We worked with Amada, a woman from the colombian pacific coast, who works as a housekeeper. After strength our relationship, we realized the knowledge's Amada about the Pacific Cuisine.
As a result, by a co-creation process, we fabricated table mats for selling in order to not only get income from them, but preserve the pacific gastronomical heritage. This table mates were made by watercolor techniques, and showed how to cook different typical dishes
